I’ve been a graphic and web designer for the past 6 years working on a wide range of projects. When I first got into the business I was solely a designer with the ability to also create the web templates. After a few years I wanted to do and know more about the job so I taught myself the needed programming languages to be able to start a website from scratch and finish it with any backend application development that was needed. I’ve ran my own multimedia business in the States for 6 years where I was making and conducting the client meetings to get ideas, needs, budget requirements, and goals. From these meetings I developed the action plan, timeline and quote for all proposed projects. I used this skill in my full time jobs to be able to handle all the inter-department meetings to discuss new projects and applications for the intranet and/or new website ideas or modifications to the existing sites.

For the past two years I have been the Webmaster for an international pharmaceutical company handling their 6 websites and intranet development. One of my highlights while working at this company was the “evaluate a kit” form that I proposed, designed, and created for clinics and hospitals to request a small kit of their product. This form generated over $250K in revenue in its first 6 months in use and its conversion rate was 73% to users who requested a kit to those who ended up purchasing product.
With the above, I was the sole Webmaster at the company, but I’m a team player who thrives in an environment where I can work with other like-minded individuals who are all working towards the same goal on a project. I can work on my own and meet deadlines as required but I can also work with a team and help incite ideas and offer creative suggestions to clients needs.
